This company is a small business entity that manages the demand for both electronic and printable books. I was responsible for the management of the basic VA tasks, which includes; setting appointments in respect to the volume of demand from customers, managing and replying emails and many more. I get myself acquainted with the use of Google’s products to deliver efficiently and accurately to the company.
